Sonnenschein Expands Intellectual Property Practice with Addition of Dana Finberg

July 14, 2010 // Franchising.com // (PALO ALTO, Calif.) — Patent litigator Dana Finberg has joined Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP as a partner in its Intellectual Property & Technology practice, the law firm announced today. Finberg, who was previously head of the Intellectual Property Litigation practice at LeClairRyan in San Francisco, will reside in Sonnenschein's Silicon Valley office.

"The breadth of experience he brings in patent, trademark and copyright litigation, especially in the pharmaceutical arena, will be a great asset for our clients."

Finberg focuses his practice on intellectual property disputes and complex commercial litigation. He regularly serves as counsel in patent, trademark, trade dress and copyright litigation and has significant first-chair jury and bench trial experience as well as appellate appearances before both federal and state trial courts and several U.S. Courts of Appeals. Finberg has appeared in Best Lawyers in America in the area of Intellectual Property from 2007-2010 and is AV peer review rated by Martindale-Hubbell for legal ability and integrity.
